Catering Options at the Crofton Community Centre are under review at this time.
We are moving to a system where some outside catering services will be available to our renters in the near future.
The CCCS Crofton Catering Group will be doing some inhouse catering as well, but the delivery of these services and our menus will be undertaking some changes.

Memorial Services are available at the Crofton Hall.
The Crofton Community Hall and CCCS Caterers are available for Memorial Services.
We provide catering options such as, finger foods, cheese, crackers, veggie and fruit trays, dessert squares, tea and coffee.
Bar service is available for selected times.

Table Settings and rentals are available for CCCS hall events.
The CCCS catering group will set event tables with table cloths, quality white paper napkins, silverware, salt and pepper and wine glasses for $6.00 per place setting (If you require a different colour napkin please provide).
Should you wish to set your own tables, rental cost are $10.00 per table cloth and $2.00 per wineglass / water glass

The Crofton Community Centre Society is a Registered Charity that is run by volunteers. All monies raised through rentals and catering are used to maintain our hall and provide community improvements and services for seniors, youth and citizens in our community and the larger Cowichan Valley and other Canadian charities. (The Crofton Sea Walk, Educational Bursaries, Hospital Foundation donations and Children’s programs are just a few examples of areas we support) We give to many worthy charities and causes to better people’s lives. Any functions held in our hall help us to fund very worthwhile programs that we support and we thank you for your continued support.
